No organisation, large or small, can succeed without establishing a shared culture and agreed values.
So, while Nick, Alexander and Ian come from vastly different backgrounds, all agree on three fundamental principles that resonate throughout every element of Bespoke Approach: commitment to quality, commitment to the client and commitment to adding value.
Naturally, these values were paramount in selecting the other three members of the Bespoke Approach team: Finance Director, Tim Clausen; Associate (Consulting), Emily Minson; and Associate (Research) Heidi Kneebone.
Tim Clausen, Finance Director
Having migrated to Australia in November 2007, Tim Clausen is a South African Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of businesses, both inside and outside of his profession.
Tim’s strengths in financial management and business building add the necessary rigour and prudence to the operations of Bespoke Approach.

Emily Minson, Associate (Consulting)
Prior to Bespoke Approach, Emily Minson worked with Alexander Downer in Government and Opposition as well as with former Finance Minister, Senator Nick Minchin.
She confidently managed the gamut of significant issues and media engagement for Alexander’s Federal electorate, ranging from the current national water debate and defence base relocations to Budget announcements.
Emily has a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business), Bachelor of International Studies and Diploma of Languages (Advanced French) from the University of Adelaide.
Heidi Kneebone, Associate (Research)
With a background in academic research and experience in office administration, political research, writing and events management, Heidi has worked in both Federal and State political offices and in the university sector.
Heidi will manage Bespoke Approach’s pro-bono activities. She has a doctorate in linguistics, is fluent in German and has a passion for preserving and promoting Australia’s indigenous languages
